I Am Seeing a 'Forbidden' error!

This screen will usually be displayed if you have entered an incorrect password too many times, or have too many connections open.

If this happens, please wait, 20 minutes and then try entering again if you know your correct password.

If you still see the 'Forbidden' error message, please open a support ticket and be sure to send us your IP address (which you can retrieve if you visit http://www.whatismyip.com).
