My login doesn't work

• Too many attempts to access the site with the wrong login information or multiple users from different IP addresses with a single login will cause you to be locked out of the server.
• Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. Please make sure that you are using capital letters where needed. If you still can't login, please contact us using the "general problems" form.

• If you have shared your password with others or you have been hacked and your information was stolen it's very possible our password manager has locked you out of our server.
• If you were hacked, please make sure that you have appropriate security on your machine. Surfing behind a firewall and also running checks for spyware on your machine will increase your security. Adware and Spybot are two programs that we recommend. Once you have taken those steps, contact us and we will reinstate your password ONCE.


I can't get videos to download

• If you are running Windows XP and have installed Service Pack 2, there seems to be some compatibility issues when playing videos. You must right-click and "save target as" to view the videos. Sorry for any inconvenience, this is a Microsoft issue.
• We strive to offer you the best quality videos with the latest technology. Please make sure that you are running the latest versions of your browser (i.e Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.). Download Internet Explorer for free here. Also, please make sure that you have the latest Windows Media Player or QuickTime Player as well. (Note: We recommend using Windows Media Player to view our videos.)

I want to cancel my membership.

• You may cancel your membership here. You will need to enter your username and password. When you cancel, it means that you will not be rebilled, but will continue to have access to the site(s) for the remainder of your membership.

Why am I getting email from you?

• We have a strict email privacy policy. We have a firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information and we will never share or sell personal information unless ordered by a court of law.
• If you have received an email from us, you have opted-in to receive our newsletter, or you have previously registered or purchased from us. We respect your time by controlling the frequency of our mailings and only mail you about news that we think that you would be interested in.

Why has my lifetime membership stopped working?

• In order to maintain your lifetime membership, you will be required to submit photos and/or videos every 3 months for a photo membership and every 6 months for a video membership. This is a vibrant community and we want to maintain an active member base. Things have changed since the site started back in 1997 and it just is not economically feasible to have eternal members that do not contribute. Plus, technology has progressed so much since then, that we would love to see some new, higher quality images of you doing what we all love!! Please refer to the FAQ regarding photo and video submissions above (and don't forget to include your release form). Now hurry up, we can't wait to see you again!

Why won't my username work? I thought it was supposed to auotmatically renew?

Our system can only renew a membership while your credit card is still valid. Once the expiry date of the card you have used is reached, rebilling cannot proceed. You need to email Billie with your name, username, the last 4 digits of your credit card and the new expiry date. Thank you.
