Purchasing a membership and then later denying having done so to credit card companies, in an effort to charge back the fees, is a crime. We fully investigate all claims of credit card fraud which may include requiring you to sign an affidavit.

In addition to legal investigations, charging back memberships fees will place your full name, your address, zip code and your credit card information into an internet fraud database. All internet credit card companies use this database, which we have no control over. Your credit card will be permanently banned by the biller from all future online purchases.
